How Included Service Credits Work
Preferred and Premier members receive an annual allowance of Service Credits. Here is how that allowance is applied.
Included Service Credits are a standardized allowance assigned to approved maintenance tasks, not open-ended access to a technician.
Steiner assigns the credit cost for each approved item before work begins, so the cost is set in advance rather than tracked as the work happens.
Each approved item uses its assigned credit cost, regardless of which technician performs the work.
Projects expected to exceed your available credits are quoted separately at your membership discount rate, and you keep your remaining credits for future use.
